Our arrival to Give Kids the World Village

We arrived at Give Kids the World later on Thursday evening. Our village was decorated with the theme of Thing 1 and Thing 2 from The Cat in the Hat. It was very nice and the kids were so excited to have their own big jetted tub in their bathroom. We were told that the fairy comes daily with surprises for the kids. Today the kids received goodies for their stay which consisted of a Christmas movie, stuffed animals and a book. That evening they had a Christmas Celebration with a mini parade with Christmas Characters, snow, hot chocolate, and a pucker powder machine. The kids even got to visit Santa and got to pick out a gift. The kids commented several times that this was the coolest thing ever. We had no idea how much fun it would be staying at this Village that was decked out with so many neat things.
