Day 2... Universal Orlando and Pirate/Princess Party

We were exhausted after our first day and all slept well the first night. We awoke and spent our morning walking around the village. Barney was in the Castle of Miracles and we saw him as well as spent some time on the carousel and then spent some time looking around. Give Kids the World provides 3 meals a day. They have a Breakfast and dinner Buffet in the Gingerbread house and then you can order pizza or Boston Market anytime as well as free ice cream, drinks and cookies. Payton decided that he needed a Root Beer and Ice Cream every morning.

Chad attended a quick meeting to get information about the theme parks and to get passes and then we took off to Universal Studios. It was a bit overcast and rainy but turned out to be a good day. Payton especially enjoyed all of the characters at Universal. We enjoyed going on the rides and Payton really enjoyed watching the all super heros such as the Hulk and Spiderman. The Spiderman ride was definitely one of Payton’s favorite rides and Savannah enjoyed the Dr. Seuss part of Universal.

We arrived back at the village and found out that they were having a Princess and Pirate Party at Julie's Safari Theater. Savannah enjoyed having makeup put on her and Payton enjoyed making a Pirate Map and having his face painted like a pirate. More fun characters came to the party and Payton had no problem getting out and dancing with them. I loved watching Payton have so much fun. He is truly a blessing in our lives.
