Our trip to the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch
We went to one of my favorite places, The Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch. This place to me is what fall is all about. It was a beautiful evening and my kids loved walking around looking at all the pumpkins. Tonight was opening night; can you tell I am feeling really anxious for fall?

We just looked at the great pictures of our special grand-kids at the pumpkin patch. Looks so fun! Savannah and Payton you look so cute and are growing up so fast. Wish we could come with you. We love you and miss you all! Love, Grandma and Grandpa

Emily, I have to say that as I read the updates and experiences on your blog, I am looking at it with totally different eyes. Now that we are experiencing a life with cancer, I can relate to your underlying tone of concern, and love for your precious Payton, as well as your love and appreciation for the simple things in little things in life. You are one of my heros and I think of you often. Thanks for continuing to keep this blog up, it's a reminder of human strength and courage. Both of which your family exhibits so very well!
